I started my career in sales, working with terrible decks. The presentations focused on us (the seller), not the audience (the buyer). They were text-heavy. I was embarrassed to share them.
I moved into digital marketing. I learned that most landing pages were loaded with marketing-centric waffle and features that the reader didn’t value.
Finally, I added design to my repertoire.
This combination results in a deck created with the prospect and salesperson in mind. A landing page with one primary focus, to earn inbound enquiries.
